    It harts! It harts you know?

    I don't know why, but I've been feeling pain at the lower spine for the past month. The bottom part of the spine near the crack of my butt. Didn't recall any accidents that would cause such pain. Discomfort is at it's peak whenever I'm sitting in a slouch position. Have you ever tried riding a worned out FX with seat cushions as thin as manila paper? Then the bones at your buttocks is exactly positioned at the railings/steel bars of the seat. The pain is just like that so the probability of it being muscle pain is slim. I didn't pay attention to it at first coz I thought it's just what they always say na "lamig lang yan". And I wish na lamig lang nga yan. I only realized it could get serious when the pain is still there after several weeks. Asked the in-house doctor at the office and he suggested that I go get an X-ray. I'll have to wait till next week in order to claim my medicard. I hope it's nothing serious. I hope it's just lack of exercise. *worried*
